Dear valued customer, please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using any feature of dietsforhealthymuscle.com (the “Website”) or purchasing any products offered on the Website. These Terms govern your use of the Website and its features and, together with the policies referenced below, form a legally binding agreement between you (“user,” “you”) and us.
If you have not read and/or do not understand any part of these Terms, please do not continue to use the Website and contact our customer support, who will be happy to assist. We also recommend reviewing our FAQ section before purchasing any goods or services on the Website.

Commerce Health LLC (“Commerce Health LLC,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a brand name used and operated by Multi Wellness Lab Corporation, a company incorporated under the laws of the United States. Company data is stored with the Register of Legal Entities in the United States.

When you purchase on the Website, you enter into a contractual relationship with us, governed by these Terms and applicable laws. Orders may be shipped from one of our fulfillment centers, which may have an address different from our correspondence address. 2. Our Products
Commerce Health LLC is an online retailer of dietary supplement products (“Products”). Our Products are manufactured in the United States by licensed and registered manufacturers and comply with applicable legal requirements in the U.S. and other countries where available.
Products are not primarily designed for children. Keep Products out of reach of children and allow consumption only in moderation. Product images are illustrative and may differ from the actual product; colors can vary by monitor settings.
Our Products may supplement dietary needs and support general wellness when used as part of a balanced diet, regular exercise, and a healthy lifestyle.

3. Whom We Sell To
Products are sold for personal use only and are not intended for commercial or industrial use, including resale. We may reject purchases if we believe an order is not for personal use.
The Website is intended for adult users. We do not encourage minors to visit or purchase. We may cancel purchases and reject payments if we believe that:

4. Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (orders placed before 12 a.m. ET are usually processed the same day; orders placed later are processed the next business day).
Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days. At checkout you may be able to choose other methods (e.g., expedited shipping or Cash on Delivery, where available). Product prices are displayed excluding shipping; shipping costs are calculated at checkout once you provide your address.
Please note:

Shipping times may be affected by customs, weather, natural events, carrier transfers, strikes, pandemics, and similar circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for such delays.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, we cannot accept changes to your order.
Shipments are delivered by UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL. After processing, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link. If your purchase does not arrive within 7 business days, contact customer support and provide an additional reasonable period for delivery. You may cancel only if we fail to deliver within that additional period.
5. Refunds
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time U.S. Customers)
For your first purchase on our Website, you may request a refund within 30 days from receipt of order if you are not satisfied. Refunds are provided only on unused products (as determined upon inspection by Commerce Health LLC) and apply only to Products purchased on our Website. For Products purchased elsewhere, contact the original seller.
To start a claim, email Hello@dietsforhealthymuscle.com within 30 days from receipt. Refunds under this guarantee are limited to one time per household and not more than one Product per category. You are responsible for return shipping. For returns over $50, we recommend tracked/insured shipping. After your return is received and verified, refunds are processed within 14 days. You may choose a money refund, exchange, or store credit.
Return eligibility: item in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging.
Please be prepared to provide: order number, place of purchase, prior consumption (yes/no), photos of the product/concern.
We may deny returns or refunds if claims are not made in good faith. This policy may change without notice and may be amended to comply with applicable state law. Certain items may be labeled Final Sale/Non-Refundable.
Returning a Defective Product
Within 30 days from receipt, you may return a Product and receive a refund, exchange, or store credit if the Product is:

delivered in a damaged/contaminated package;

defective, rancid, rotten, or otherwise bad; or
-
substantially different from what was ordered.
Email Hello@dietsforhealthymuscle.com within 30 days from receipt and provide: place and date of purchase, prior consumption (yes/no), photos, and shipping receipt/invoice. We will provide a free return label and instructions. Returns must follow the method we specify.
We may refuse a refund if:

the Product was used extensively beyond what’s necessary to identify a defect;

you cannot provide the Product for inspection;

no defect is found after inspection.
Refunds for defective returns are processed within 14 days of receipt/inspection. Choose a money refund, exchange, or store credit.
6. Pricing, Payments, and Charges
Prices may change, and we may modify or discontinue Products at any time without liability. Displayed prices exclude shipping and applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Displayed prices may vary by location due to taxes and shipping.
We do not apply currency conversion fees. Your bank may apply conversion rates or fees for international payments; please consult your bank about any differences shown on your statement.

7. Rules of Conduct
Products are for personal use only. You agree not to use Products or the Website for illegal purposes and to comply with applicable laws. You also agree that opened Products generally cannot be returned. We may investigate and take action against illegal or unauthorized use.

The Website may link to third-party sites we do not control; you access them at your own risk. We respect customer privacy; testimonials or comments may use fictional names/associative images unless permission is granted.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. If you are dissatisfied, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Website.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to our processing of your data to fulfill orders, provide promotional information, and for other purposes set out in the Privacy Policy. We may contact you by phone or email to confirm order details or resolve processing issues.
Intellectual Property (“IP”) includes trademarks, copyrights, domain names, database rights, design rights, patents, and other rights. All IP on or provided through the Website belongs to Commerce Health LLC or relevant third parties. You may not copy, repurpose, or distribute our content for any purpose without express written permission. Commercial use is prohibited without our written consent.
12. Governing Law, Disputes & SMS/MMS Program
Before seeking third-party remedies (e.g., chargebacks), you agree to contact Hello@dietsforhealthymuscle.com so we can address your concern. Complaints are processed within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to jurisdiction and venue in Colorado state and federal courts. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year and on an individual basis (no class actions).
SMS/MMS Mobile Message Program
By opting in to our mobile messaging program, you agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing messages at the number associated with your opt-in; consent is not required to purchase. Message and data rates may apply. For support, text HELP or email Hello@dietsforhealthymuscle.com. To opt out, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT (you may receive a confirmation message). Additional program terms regarding duties to notify number changes, participant requirements, prohibited content, and arbitration apply.
Arbitration: Disputes related to the messaging program will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, under AAA Commercial Rules. Class arbitration is not permitted. This provision survives termination of your participation.
13. Miscellaneous
You represent that you have the right and authority to agree to these Terms. Failure to enforce a right does not waive it. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms, the messaging program terms, or the Website from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. You can review the latest version at any time on this page.
